CRM Data Specialist


Our staffing partner has partnered with a public sector organization to assist in their search for a  CRM Data Specialist. In this contract position, you will be responsible for researching, enriching, entering, and maintaining contact records within a Salesforce based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This role will help transform incomplete leads into accurate, qualified contact records using public information sources, agency resources, and limited professional outreach.

Major duties
  • Research and enrich incomplete contact records using public databases, government directories, open-source records, social media platforms, and other available resources.
  • Enter and maintain accurate, complete contact records in a Salesforce-based CRM while following established data standards and qualification criteria.
  • Manage a contact enrichment queue, track progress, identify unresolved records, and help maintain data quality by reducing duplicate contact and lead records.
  • Collect, manage, and import contact information from business cards, meeting notes, conference and event attendance records, and official correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional staff, including records, legal, information technology, and information governance teams, to validate information and support contact qualification processes.
What are we looking for?
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage research and data-entry activities accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to research publicly available information and, when needed, conduct limited professional outreach by phone or email to verify contact information.
Exciting Opportunity Details
  • Rate: $52.00/hr
  • W2 Contract
  • Worksite Location: Remote
  • Anticipated contract duration of 3–6 months, with flexibility depending on project review cycles.
  • Project milestones include contact-list enrichment, CRM record qualification and maintenance, and development of an ongoing contact-record process.
