This role partners with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other functional areas to ensure controlled documents are accurately created, reviewed, approved, distributed, and maintained in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO 9001 standards.The Document Coordinator serves as the primary administrator of the SharePoint Document Control System and coordinates document lifecycle activities including document creation, revision, approval, issuance, archival, and obsolescence management.What you"ll do:* Administer and maintain the SharePoint Document Control System.* Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other functional areas to develop and maintain Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Aids and Forms.* Ensure all controlled documents are properly managed, version controlled, and accessible to authorized personnel.* Maintain document numbering, formatting, revision history, and retention practices.* Monitor document status and ensure timely reviews and updates of controlled documents.* Archive obsolete documents and ensure only current, approved versions are available for use.* Participate in corrective and preventive action activities related to document control processes.* Support records management activities as applicable.Qualifications:Basic (Required) Qualifications:* High School diploma / GED.* Two (2) years of quality experience within a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.* Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Office platforms.* Two (2) years of experience with Technical Writing.* No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of (Syracuse, NY) to be considered.
