Janitor II
Job Summary: Provides Janitorial and Driver services as directed to ensure all contractual requirements are met. Provides transportation of employees, supplies and equipment with assigned Company vehicle. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Cleans and services private restrooms, holding cells, lunchrooms, interior inspection, booths and offices in all departments to meet contractual standards/requirements and maintain them presentable.
- Maintains custodian closets/ company van in clean and orderly array to ensure easy access and accounting of supplies and equipment.
- Follows all company safety processes and procedures and demonstrates proper use of safety equipment. May be required to perform street-sweeping duties in accordance with contract requirements and as otherwise assigned.
- Responsible for operating the assigned Company vehicle to transport employees, supplies, materials, and equipment to and from various worksites as directed by the Management Team and in alignment with the Daily Building Schedule(s). planning This includes following designated routes, ensuring all passengers and cargo are secured appropriately, maintaining communication with supervisors regarding delays or schedule changes, and adhering to all Company, federal, state, and local transportation and safety regulations. The driver is expected to conduct basic pre trip and post trip inspections, report maintenance concerns promptly, and uphold professional conduct while representing the organization at all work locations.
- Use company issued mobile device for keeping track of incomplete and completed work tasks, remote clocking Out and In for lunch breaks, photos for injury and or incidents, communication.
- Must report through the company used application for issues such as (service denied, obstructed from servicing section of entire building being closed). To include report any other issues and delays to a management team member when performing driver duties.
- Other related duties may be assigned.
