Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Requirements* High school diploma or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field* 1-3 years of experience in electronic assembly or production (small-scale or prototyping environment preferred)* Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs* Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills* Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, focused teamResponsibilities:Assembly & Soldering* Assemble PCBs, sub-assemblies, and full product systems according to assembly drawings and work instructions* Perform precision soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components* Wire, crimp, and route cables/harnesses within devices as required* Operate hand tools, soldering irons, and other bench equipmentPrototype Support* Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical tests on prototypes and production units to confirm performance and reliability* Assist engineers during prototype builds by testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies to pinpoint and correct issues* Used hand and power tools to make mechanical adjustments, repairs, and alignments on electronic enclosures and assembliesHand tools* Soldering irons* Other bench equipmentBenefits Available:* Health Benefits* Wellbeing & Support* Family Benefits* Savings & Spending Accounts* Income Protection* Retirement & Financial Wellbeing* Legal & Protection* Lifestyle Benefits* Additional Health ResourcesIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
