PROGRAM MANAGER
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS DIVISION of SWFLANT KINGS BAY.
- You will act on behalf of Division Head on program matters, provide direct support to Division Head for overall facility life cycle management, oversight of facility maintenance and construction, and fiscal planning and management, etc.
- You will manage program action items to track/facilitate completion, identify potential facility concerns and develop requirements for budget submission and future budget requirements, and develop program briefings as required on a recurring basis.
- You will evaluate and develop requirements for Strategic Weapons Systems (SWS) and Nuclear Weapons Security (NWS) facilities, execution, and develop strategies for long range planning to support infrastructure sustainment/restoration/modernization.
- You will participate with the Division Head in administrative management including preparation of budget estimates, contract management, forecasting and financial management.
- You will coordinate efforts with various SWFLANT Departments (Security, Technical, Operations, Safety, Marine Corps Security Force Battalion (MCSFBn) in support of executing Command goals.
Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing program management, including long range facilities lifecycle planning to include sustainment and replacement, budgeting, and acquisition.
