Job Title: Engineering Technician - Contractor - CPay rate up to $24.81/hr.Location: Malabar, FLZip code: 32950Start Date: ImmediateContract: 12 MonthsContract to HireTags: #EngineeringTechnicianContractorCjobs; #Malabarjobs;Job Description:Test Engineering Technician candidate to join our customers team where the candidate will support production, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and Depot testing, troubleshooting and fault isolation. Essential Functions:* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics to perform work duties.* Work with little to no supervision using a prescribed set of processes and procedures.* Work directly with engineers optimizing test processes and procedures.* Lean, continuous improvement mindset.* Using a variety of diagnostic tools, DMM, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzers, etc., troubleshoot and fault isolate to component level.* Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.* Strong attention to detail.* Familiarity with National Instruments Test Stand and Linux operating systems.Qualifications: * Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.* Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematicsPreferred Additional Skills: (These are additional skills and experience that would be preferred in ideal candidates but not a deal breaker)* Good computer skills.
