Overview

The Channel Partnerships Enablement (CPE) team serves as the operational and enablement backbone of the Services Partnerships organization. As Mastercard's partner ecosystem continues to grow, we are building the capabilities, processes, and frameworks needed to support scalable growth, operational excellence, and consistent execution.

The Senior Specialist, Partner Enablement & Scalable Frameworks will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable partner onboarding, governance, contracting, reporting, and operational frameworks. This role will work across Partnerships, Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to improve how Mastercard evaluates, enables, supports, and scales partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Enablement & Framework Development

Support the design and implementation of scalable partner onboarding and enablement frameworks.

Create process documentation, operating procedures, playbooks, and governance models.

Identify opportunities to simplify and improve partner-related processes.

Support pilot initiatives and validation of new operating models before broader rollout.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

Design and improve operating models that support partner growth and scalability.

Partner with cross-functional teams to define ownership, workflows, controls, and handoffs.

Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Support automation and workflow enhancement opportunities across partner operations.

Analytics & Business Insights

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.

Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics that support decision-making.

Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support business case development, forecasting, performance measurement, and operational reporting.

Governance, Contracting & Cross-Functional Execution

Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Data Privacy, and other stakeholders to support scalable governance frameworks.

Help standardize contracting and onboarding processes across partnership models.

Document business requirements and support implementation of process and system enhancements.

Drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups to support successful execution.

Experience building business processes, operational frameworks, or process improvement initiatives.

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience in partnerships, sales operations, business operations, consulting, analytics, enablement, project management, or strategy-related functions.

Prior experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analysis roles working with large datasets and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with Salesforce, reporting tools, dashboards, workflow management platforms, or similar business systems.

Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
